As a Trustee, you will help shape the future of Home-Start Wandsworth by providing strategic direction, ensuring strong governance, and supporting the effective management of our services. You will work alongside a committed board to make informed decisions that have a real and lasting impact.

Could you be our next Trustee?
We are looking for people who have a little time to give and are passionate about supporting young families.
Ideally, you will have previous Board or relevant professional experience; however, full training and ongoing guidance will be provided.

- Proven leadership and strategic skills
- Commitment to Home-Start and willingness to devote necessary time and effort
- Good interpersonal, delegation and communication skills
- Confident in speaking publicly
- Good independent judgement and creative thinking
- Ability to work in a team
- Digital literacy
