Wow what a team! We were blown away by the entrepreneurial spirit of the folk at Rampton & Baseley.
Taking inspiration from The Apprentice, eight teams went head to head to raise funds for Home-Start Wandsworth. There were bake sales, pub quizzes, raffles, a fitness class, dog photography aka the ‘Pawparazzi’ on Wandsworth Common, miles and miles racked up cycling, running and swimming the length of the Thames and throw a water balloon at an estate agent.
Congratulations to all the teams, a fantastic effort all around. A special thank you to Mel at Open Air Fit for also giving up his time to support us.
The teams raised a phenomenal £16K for Home-Start. Thanks to the generosity of companies like Rampton & Baseley, we can continue to provide practical and emotional support to vulnerable families with children under the age of 5, offering them a lifeline when they are struggling to cope, and empowering them to give their children the best possible start in life.
