Notice of General Meeting
Dear Members of Home-Start Wandsworth Limited,
A general meeting is to be held on Tuesday 1 July at 7.30pm at the Home-Start Wandsworth office at 20-22 York Road (2nd floor), London, SW11 3QA. The business of the meeting is to review and agree amendments to the Charity’s articles of association to align with the guidance from Home-Start UK.
You will be asked to consider a proposed new set of articles of association to align with guidance from Home-Start UK and to consider and vote on a special resolution to adopt this new set of articles.
