Notice of Annual General Meeting
At its meeting on 30 June 2020, the board of Trustees for Home-Start Wandsworth decided to hold an Annual General Meeting of the Company at 6.30pm on 15th September 2020.
Those standing for re-appointment as Trustees are as follows:
- Linda Hayllar
- Laura Lewis
- Jamie Fergusson
The meeting will be held by virtual attendance to consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolutions of the charity:
1. To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 17th September 2019.
2. To receive and adopt the accounts for the financial year ended 30th June 2019.
3. To receive the Trustee’s report on the Charity’s activities since the last AGM.
4. To re-appoint Linda Hayllar as a Trustee.
5. To re-appoint Laura Lewis as a Trustee.
6. To re-appoint Jamie Fergusson as a Trustee.
7. Any Other Business
