Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our organisation. You will provide the leadership, systems and operational support our team needs to deliver high-quality, life-changing services to families.
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time: 21 hours per week

Salary: £32k – £35k FTE
Benefits: Flexible Retirement Plan with a contribution from Home-Start Wandsworth of 6% of salary, Death in Service Benefit of 3 x annual salary
