Earlier this week, 18 Home-Start families, accompanied by staff and volunteers, set off on our annual trip to the seaside, armed with buckets and spades.
It was the first time many of the children had ever felt sand between their toes or paddled in the sea and judging by the smiles on their faces they loved it. These memories will be remembered and cherished for a lifetime.
There were many sleepy heads on the journey back to London, always a sign of a good day out by the sea. Thank you to Enable for making this special day possible.
